Bachoco OK Foods is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor for our Muldrow, OK location.
Summary:
The Human Resources Supervisor provides guidance and oversight at each operating location in all matters relating to personnel management issues.
This person ensures all employees are treated fairly and consistently in the enforcement of Company Policy.
This person is the primary focal point for plant managers and supervisors regarding policy interpretation, communication and enforcement.
Supervise and train Human Resources Coordinators and Hiring Coordinators in the proper methods and procedures associated with their positions.
Additionally, this person is responsible for ensuring the Company follows directives regarding personnel management, issued by the United States and/or the state in which the facility is located.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Operate a computer with Microsoft Windows-based personnel management programs.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
Review and enter personnel status changes submitted by supervisors.
Review and enter name changes for employees.
Ensure requisite documentation is provided, which requires the action.
Notify payroll and benefits regarding the change.
Enter address changes for employees.
Notify benefits regarding the change.
Enter Form W-4 data for employees.
Bridge between management and hourly employees.
Ensure Company policies are communicated effectively to both.
Receive and address employee complaints regarding operations, management or facility issues.
Work with management to ensure policy infractions are handled fairly and consistently within the Company.
Investigation of policy infractions, which includes interviewing employees, witnesses, and management to ensure all relevant data is collected regarding the event.
Prepare policy postings for review and approved by the Sr.
Director of Human Resources.
Prepare position investigations for management review regarding promotions.
These records include absentee history, discipline history, and status change.
Track and submit timesheet information on assigned Human Resource Coordinator, Hiring Coordinator and Trainers.
Assist supervisors and management with the timesheet program and personnel status change program.
Prepare correspondence for release to outside agencies as required by law.
Attend Human Resource staff meetings.
Issue and collect keys to Human Resource offices, desks and file cabinets.
Assist employees with payroll issues.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Manages six non-supervisory employees.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.

) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform the job successfully an individual should have knowledge of E-Mail software, HR software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Human Resource Professional.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to qualify for the company as a pool driver.
